Pippa Middleton could be arrested for gun incident

Pippa Middleton could face jail time if prosecuted in a case involving a paparazzi photo taken in Paris.

The 27-year-old socialite and entrepreneur, sister of Duchess Kate Middleton, was in the front passenger seat of an Audi convertible in the French capital as the driver pointed a semi-automatic handgun at photographers.

Brandishing a firearm in public can result in seven years imprisonment in Paris.

Even if the weapon is fake, the driver face two years imprisonment.

Reports are if the  evidence points to her involvement, she will be prosecuted.
