The Ministry of Health says 121 COVID-19 cases were confirmed on Wednesday from 727 samples.
This resulted in a positivity rate of 17.7 per cent.
One less person is hospitalised with COVID-19 in Jamaica.
The ministry says the patient load is at 112.
Eleven of the patients are severely ill and six in critical condition.
Four more COVID-19 related deaths have been confirmed, increasing the death toll to 3,128.
