The Bog Walk Gorge in St. Catherine has been reopened to vehicular traffic.
In an advisory, the National Works Agency (NWA) said the roadway from Spanish Town to Bog Walk, which had been blocked at several locations since the passage of Hurricane Melissa, is now fully cleared.
The traffic lights at Flat Bridge are also in operation.
Meanwhile, the NWA is advising commuters to exercise extreme caution while using the roadway from Williamsfield to Glengoffe, also in St. Catherine. The roadway was cleared, but there have been recurring blockages by landslides in the vicinity of Freedom.
The NWA is urging motorists to exercise caution while using roadways across the island, particularly in areas still experiencing rainfall.
