There was a brief stand-off at the May Pen police station in Clarendon this afternoon, when a number of detainees created a disturbance.
It is not yet clear what started the disturbance, but with reinforcements from nearby stations, the police were able to bring the situation under control.
The Fire Service was also called in to assist.
