Word out of the Jamaica Labour Party is that Bruce
Golding will be sworn in by Monday.
Information Spokesman Dwight Nelson says the new Cabinet should also be in place by early next week.
"Now that all the possible impediments have been removed and it has been established as a fact that the Labour Party has won elections and should form the next government, then hopefully the swearing in of the Prime Minister could take place between now and Monday," said Mr. Nelson.
"When the Prime Minister has been sworn in then he has the responsibility to name the new Cabinet members and have them sworn in as soon as possible," he said.
