Dancehall entertainer Busy Signal who was deported to Jamaica last year is due in the Corporate Area Criminal Court Tuesday.
The artiste, who spent time in a US prison, was recently charged by the local police with obtaining passports using a false name.
The charges stemmed from his arrest last year on an extradition warrant.
It was disclosed during the arrest that Busy, whose given name is Glendale Gordon, had unlawfully obtained three Jamaican passports in the name Reanno Gordon, which he used in his travels abroad.
If convicted, he faces stiff fines.
Busy Signal returned to Jamaica late last year after being released from prison in the U.S.
He had pleaded guilty in July to one count of failure to appear in court, admitting that he left the United States 10 years ago, before a scheduled trial on drug charges and was sentenced to six months.
