An audit of the government's online services has indicated that it is unclear if they are providing value for money.
Since 2015, the government has launched 41 online services.
A report by the Office of the Auditor General, released last week, showed that while there had been progress in making services to the public available online, it is not clear if the government has achieved value for money from the investment because of the costs and benefits of the services are unknown.
Sue Winspear and her team identified a number of gaps in online services provided by the CIG and how it managed the process, which began almost twelve years ago.
