A four year old girl was killed in a freak accident in
Tucker, St. James Thursday afternoon when a piano fell on her.
It is reported that Mikayla Wallace was among a group of children in a church yard where the early childhood institution is located.
As the children played in the yard, an old piano located on the compound toppled over.
The instrument fell on top of the little girl and another child was also injured.
Both children were rushed to hospital where Mikayla was pronounced dead and the other child, a boy, was admitted.
