The Companies Office of Jamaica (COJ) has suspended its same and next day services for new registration of businesses and companies until December 8.
The agency’s guaranteed time for all services will also be affected.
The web service of the Tax Administration of Jamaica will be off-line during the period due to upgrade work to accommodate the phase two roll out of the Revenue Administration Information System (RAiS).
Customers requiring regular service will be able to register businesses and companies.
However, Certificates of Incorporation and other documents will not be generated until the following week.
The web service is used by the Companies Office as a part of its one-stop business registration service.
