Detectives from the Organized Crime Investigation Division (OCID) are searching for a man who reportedly collected J$9 million from persons in a suspected motor vehicle scam.
He has been identified as Horace Haughton, otherwise called ‘Omer Haughton’, ‘Dean Haughton’ and ‘Dr. Garcia Enriques Perez’.

According to a statement from the Constabulary Communication Network, CCN, several reports were made to the police after individuals did not receive their vehicles despite making payments.
An investigation was subsequently launched.
