The Department of Correctional Services (DCS) has said it is investigating reports that an inmate was involved in a live stream on a popular social media platform.
In a media release Friday, the DCS said a search of the inmate's cell and adjoining cells was carried out and contraband found and removed.
DCS said sanctions are pending.
It said these actions are taken seriously and efforts are being made to limit a recurrence.
