Norman Grant, President of the Jamaica Agricultural Society (JAS), will be launching the Denbigh Sovereign Farmer’s Market today.
The market will allow consumers to purchase produce at market price within the Sovereign Supermarket store.
The merger is expected to benefit a number of farmers across the island.
The Denbigh Farmers' Market, which will be held quarterly, will bring the best produce and prices offered at the Denbigh Show to consumers in Kingston.
