Digicel Limited has announced the successful completion of its US$1billion corporate bond offering.
Digicel Limited, which is a subsidiary of the Digicel Group, comprises the 24 markets of the Caribbean and El Salvador.
It will use the proceeds of the bond offer to refinance all of its 12 per cent senior notes due 2014 and for general corporate purposes which could include capital expenditures, acquisitions, debt repayment or dividends to the Digicel Group.
