Emily Shields now partner in prominent law firm

Attorney-at-law Emily Shields is now a partner with prominent attorneys Lord Anthony Gifford QC and Hugh Thompson, in a new partnership - Gifford, Thompson & Shields.

Gifford and Thompson were previously partners in the firm Gifford, Thompson & Bright.

The new partnership took effect on October 23.

Mrs. Shields has been an attorney four years, having been called to the Bar in 2011. She has been associated with Lord Gifford's chambers for three years.

She is also an experienced journalist, and currently hosts RJR's talk show, Hotline, on Thursdays and Fridays.
