Faith Webster's legal battle heads to Supreme Court

The legal battle over the interdiction of  Executive Director of  the Bureau of  Women's Affairs, Faith Webster, is to be heard in the Supreme Court in November.
     
Dates for the hearing were reached on Monday during case management.
     
Attorney Douglas Leys says the Court set November 12 and 13 for hearing the application brought by Webster. The Court is being asked to quash her interdiction.

Webster, who was appointed executive director of  the Bureau of  Women's Affairs in 2008, filed action in March, seeking judicial review.
     
Her attorneys argued that the process which led to her interdiction was in breach of  natural justice as she was not given an opportunity to respond to claims against her.
