Fort Clarence Beach
The Urban Development Corporation (UDC) is to commence upgrades to the Fort Clarence Beach Park, in Portmore, St. Catherine.
The $15 million project marks the start of phase 1 of the upgrade which should last four months.
The UDC manages the Fort Clarence Beach Park, which is among the most popular beaches in south eastern Jamaica.
The upgrade is expected to improve the overall experience of patrons and staff and enhance the economic viability of its operations.
