There has been anger over the delay of some UN bodies to acknowledge claims of Hamas's sexual atrocities on 7 October.
Israel has been exploring evidence of sexual crimes during the attacks.
The BBC earlier reported that it has seen and heard evidence of rape, sexual violence and mutilation of women during the October 7 Hamas attacks.
Several people involved in collecting and identifying the bodies said they have seen signs of sexual assault, including broken pelvises, bruises, cuts and tears, in children, teenagers and pensioners.
Video testimony of an eyewitness at the Nova music festival detailed the gang rape, mutilation and execution of one victim.
Videos of nude and bloodied women filmed by Hamas on the day of the attack, and photographs of bodies taken at the sites afterwards, suggest that women were sexually targeted.
Israel's Women's Empowerment Minister, May Golan, said a few victims of rape or sexual assault had survived the attacks, and were all receiving psychiatric treatment.
