Mike Henry, Member of Parliament for Clarendon Central, is demanding immediate action from the Clarendon Municipal Corporation to stamp out the practice of taxi operators parking their vehicles at the old police station in May Pen.
In a statement, Mr. Henry said a commercial centre was initially planned for the property but plans were changed in preference for green space.
Mr. Henry is calling for the municipal corporation to put a stop to taxis parking on the property as there should be no hindrance ahead of the planned development.
