Motorists could start paying more to travel on Highway 2000, effective July 2.
A notice published Friday by the Minister of Transport said an application was received for toll increases ranging from 9.09 per cent for the Vineyards Toll Plaza to 26.67 per cent for the May Pen Toll Plaza.
The application includes discounts ranging from 10 to 15.3 per cent for motorists who use the Portmore and Spanish Town toll plazas following the 10th trip.
Members of the public and interest groups have five days to make submissions in writing concerning the proposed increases.
