Hotel closed, workers not paid

Several workers who lost their jobs at the Crane Ridge Hotel in Ocho Rios, St. Ann are demanding answers from the owners of the resort on when they will get their redundancy payments.

The hotel was closed on March 25 and the workers were reportedly promised their entitlements within 21 days.

However, they say to date they have not heard anything from the owners.

On Tuesday, about 30 of the displaced employees demonstrated outside the hotel.
