Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Ministers from across the Caribbean are in Montego Bay for a week of meetings to discuss the digital future of the region.
The meeting is part of the Caribbean Telecommunications Union (CTU) ICT Week.
The conference includes the 12th Caribbean Ministerial Strategic ICT Seminar this Wednesday.
Phillip Paulwell, Minister of Science, Technology, Energy and Mining, is the current President of the Caribbean Telecommunications Union.
