The seven-member jury in the Mario Deane trial on Thursday afternoon returned a guilty verdict on all counts for three police officers charged in relation to Deane's death.
The three accused, Corporal Elaine Stewart as well as District Constables Marlon Grant and Juliana Clevon, were charged with manslaughter and misconduct in a public office. Corporal Stewart also faced an additional charge of intent to pervert the course of justice.
The judge had wrapped up his summation and instruction to the jurors on Wednesday, providing guidance in law to the jury.
Mario Deane died on August 6, 2014, three days after he was beaten while in custody at the Barnett Street Police lock-up in St. James.
