Medical
evidence was given Friday at the trial of two men charged for for the 2006
abduction and murder of Manchester
businessman Richard Lyn and his wife Julia.
The well-known Manchester couple disappeared on December 9, 2006.
On December 30, their bodies were found in a dump in the parish.
Dr. K. Persaud, the government forensic pathologist testified on Friday that the Lyns were strangled.
Ropes and electrical cords found at the murder scene were used to strangle the elderly couple.
Lennox Swaby and Calvin Powell, the defendants in the case, were charged following investigations into the murder.
The trial continues next week Tuesday in the Home Circuit Court.
