The venue for this year's Ceremony of Investiture and Presentation of National Honours and Awards has been changed to the National Indoor Sports Centre in St Andrew, Due to inclement weather.
The ceremony is scheduled to start at 9:00 a.m., and award recipients are asked to arrive at the venue at 7:30 a.m.
All guests attending the function should be seated by eight o'clock for the Official Arrivals, starting at nine.
Two hundred and thirty-two honourees will be officially recognised for their contribution to nation-building, during the National Heroes Day Ceremony on Monday
Professor Wendel Dwight Abel, OD, JP, who has been conferred with membership in the Order of Jamaica for his contribution to Psychiatry, particularly in mental and community health, heads the list of honourees.
