PNP confident about bigger electoral prospects following by-election wins on Friday

The People's National Party says it is celebrating the victories in Friday's by-elections in the Aenon Town and Morant Bay Divisions.

The PNP claims these wins are reflective of its growing national support and the people's confidence that the party will deliver meaningful change.

PNP President Mark Golding has hailed the victories as evidence of the people's readiness for new leadership.

In that vein, the party's General Secretary, Dr. Dayton Campbell, said the results in the electoral divisions are consistent with recent national polls that show that the PNP is developing a commanding lead in trust and support.
