Technical Leader of Jamaica's team to the recent World Athletics Under-20 Championships in Eugene, Oregon, David Riley has responded to claims that William Knibb's quarter-miler Jabari Matheson was bullied into running four 400 metre races in a 36 hour period at the championships.
Riley sought to explain the scenario surrounding the decisions that were taken during a video he posted on youtube on Sunday.
