The People's National Party is proposing the removal of tax from overtime payments for workers whose total earnings do not exceed six million dollars per year.
The proposal is included in the party's election manifesto, launched on Tuesday.
The PNP is also proposing the removal of tax from pension income if it forms the next government.
Additionally the party says it will increase the Employment Tax Credit cap to 40 per cent to incentivise businesses to hire more people and invest in training.
