Caribbean countries were rattled by earthquakes over the past 48 hours with the Trinidad-based Seismic Research Centre noting that the latest tremor occurred on Monday night.
According to the SRC, the quake with a magnitude of 4.1 was felt in San Fernando and Arima in Trinidad.
The earthquake had a depth of 10 kilometres. There were no immediate reports of damage or injuries.
The SRC also reported that on Sunday night, an earthquake with a magnitude of 3.9 shook Antigua and Barbuda, St.Kitts-Nevis, and Guadeloupe.
