Detectives in St. Ann are investigating the suspected drowning of a man at the High Rock beach in Salem, Runaway Bay early Wednesday morning.
The man has been identified as 62-year-old Derrick Lewis, otherwise called 'Jun Jun' - a labourer of Salem in Runaway Bay, St. Ann - who worked at a popular restaurant.
He was tasked with retrieving footballs from the sea during matches played at the establishment for entertainment.
An alarm was raised and a search conducted Tuesday night after Mr. Lewis had not been seen for some time.
The body of Mr. Lewis was found ashore on its back early Wednesday morning.
