Two teenage boys have been charged with child pornography by the St. Mary Criminal Investigation Branch.
The boys, who are 15 and 17 years old, were charged on Wednesday following a probe into allegations that they have been circulating a nude photograph of an underage girl.
It was reported that in 2019, the 15-year-old girl sent a nude photograph to one of the boys.
The two teenagers are accused of circulating the picture to friends and other persons.
A report was filed with the St. Mary CIB.
The teenagers have been charged with Possession of Child Pornography, Access to Child Pornography and Production of Child Pornography.
