RFK Jr., who has been a vocal vaccine sceptic, told the hearing he is pro-vaccine.
He also defended previous comments he has made on the issue.
RFK Jr. received a loud applause when he promised to make America healthy again.
Some public health experts have praised his stance on combatting the proliferation of ultra-processed food.
