St Ann based motor vehicle dealer, Arthur Von Strolley, was on Monday morning charged with illegal possession of a firearm and assault by the St Ann police. Mr. Von Strolley was charged arising out of an incident at his home on Easter Monday.

It's alleged that he used his licensed firearm to hit his gardener in the head during a dispute.  Its alleged that the St. Ann businessman accused his gardener of stealing his daughter's watch.  During the dispute, Mr, Von  Strolley is alleged to have used his gun to hit the gardener in the head, causing a wound.  The gardener told the police that he was also punched in the face by his boss.  However, Mr Von Strolley who surrendered to the cops in the company of his attorney, Oswest Senior Smith, this morning, has strongly denied the allegations.
