Trinidad & Tobago's Prime Minister, Stuart Young, has characterised as "excellent" his meeting on Wednesday with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
The top-level Trump administration official held talks with several Caricom heads in Jamaica.
Prime Minister Young said the talks were frank and both sides were able to ventilate the issues of concern to all stakeholders.
