An Independent Regulatory Commission is to be established to police the Citizenship by Investment Programme across several Eastern Caribbean countries.
The leaders of those countries met in Antigua & Barbuda to discuss issues related to the programme, including greater oversight and harmonisation.
Prime Minister of Dominica Roosevelt Skerritt said the draft legislation to set up the commission should be ready by next month, to safeguard the integrity of the programme.
