3 Sunshine Girls to appear in SSN League grand final

Sunshine Girls Jhaniele Fowler-Nembhard, Shanice Beckford and Kadian Dehaney will appear in this season's grand final of the Suncorp Super Netball League in Australia with their team, the West Coast Fever.

The Fever dismantled the New South Wales swifts 77-45 in the major semi-final over the weekend to book their place in the August 2 finale in Melbourne. Fowler-Nembhard led the way for the Fever, scoring 65 goals from 66 attempts, while Beckford had 4 from 5.

The Fever now await the winner of Sunday's preliminary final where the Swifts will meet the Melbourne Vixens.
 
Despite 37 goals from 42 attempts from Sunshine Girl Romelda Aiken-George, the Adelaide Thunderbirds failed to remain on course for a three-peat after going down 58-56 to the Vixens.
