Sporting Director of Cavalier SC Rudolph Speid along with head of coaching education at the JFF Andrew Peart, Reggae Boyz assistant coach Merron Gordon and former national coach Theodore "Tappa" Whitmore are the 4 Jamaican coaches currently participating in the historic Pro Coaching Diploma Course, an elite initiative launched by the Trinidad and Tobago Football Association (TTFA).
The 12-month course which got underway last week, brings together some of the most respected football minds in the region for an intensive curriculum aimed at enhancing leadership, tactical knowledge and coaching methodology at the professional level.
Leading the programme is Dr David Adams, Chief Football Officer and Technical Director of the Football Association of Wales Trust's coach education programme.
The second segment of Development Phase 1 of the course will be conducted online with participants meeting every two weeks starting the first week of August. Phase 2 of the course takes place in December via a face to face format.
