Sprint King Usain Bolt is eagerly anticipating his first 100 metres race on local soil this season. The world's fastest man will clash with his club-mate and 2011 World 100 metres champion Yohan Blake and former world record holder Asafa Powell at Saturday's inaugural Racers Grand Prix.
It will be only the fourth time that the three will race each other and Bolt says fans can expect a treat. “It’s big clash with me, Yohan Blake, Asafa Powell; it makes trial more exciting because anything that happens people will be looking forward to the showdown again two weeks after that at the trials. A lot of top names are coming so it’s going to be exciting,” said Bolt.
The Racers Grand Prix will be held this Saturday at the National Stadium with live coverage on TVJ, TVJ SN, 1spotmedia.com and HITZ 92 FM.
