25-year-old Campbell, who recently captured her first global title in Osaka, Japan, took the women's event in 11.11 seconds beating Christine Arron of France 11.22 and the American Torri Edwards 11.22.
Aileen Bailey 11.30 seconds and Sherrian Brooks 11.45 were fifth and ninth respectively.
Powell, who demolished his own best for the 100 meters by 3/100ths of a second in Rieti on Sunday, clocked 9.84 seconds to take the men's race ahead of Norway's Ndure Jaysuma 10.11 and 2005 world runner up, countryman Michael Frater who clocked 10.12 seconds.
Usain Bolt's 20.14 seconds was third in the 200 meters behind the American duo of Wallace Spearmon 19.88 and Xavier Carter 20.04
Novlene Williams' 50.66 seconds was third in the women's 400 meters as USA Jamaican born Sanya Richards won in 49.29 seconds ahead of Great Britian's Nicola Sanders 50.34.
Shericka Williams 51.06 and Shereefa Lloyd 51.85 were fifth and eighth respectively.
Delloreen Ennis London raced home in 12.61 seconds for the silver behind Sweeden's Susanna Kallur 12.52 and ahead of the American Michelle Perry 12.61.
