The misconduct
charges against Jamaican and West Indies batsman
Marlon Samuels is still in the hands of the West Indies Disciplinary Committee.
Following a request by the International Cricket Council, the West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) investigated and found enough evidence to charge Samuels with misconduct in regards to match allegations in the first One Day International against India in Nagpur in January last year.
The matter was then referred to the WICB's Code of Ethics and Disciplinary Committee.
The outcome of this hearing should be known early next month.
