Highgate of St. Mary secured their first ever trip to the nation's top football league while Seba United are back after a three-year absence.
Highgate secured their place in the 12 National Premeir League (NPL) with a 2 – 0 win over KSAFA Super League champions Cavalier.
Seba United, rallied from 2 – 0 down to earn a two-all draw with out of contention Rivoli United at the Prison Oval.
The Western Confederation champions are back in top flight football for the first time since in 2008.
