Brazilian international Kaka has decided to forego his salary at AC Milan at least for a month after picking up an injury during a Serie A match on the weekend.
Kaka has been ruled for a month with an adductor tear and said he would rather receive affection than money during his time on the sidelines.
Kaka becomes the sixth player at AC Milan to be forced out of action due to injury.
The AC Milan coach has hit back at suggestions that the team's poor pre-season preparation is the reason for the many break down in the players.
