Jackson upbeat about more improvement next season

Back to back world 200 metre champion Shericka Jackson is confident that with more improvement in her execution of the half lap event next year, she will be able to run even faster than she did this season. 

She's now the owner of four of the six fastest times ever run over the half lap event with three of those times coming this year, topped off by her 21.41 second clocking to retain her World Championship title. Jackson says she and her coach Paul Francis will look to finetune aspects of her race for next season.

Meanwhile, Jackson was given the 2022 category award for sports at Tuesday's RJRGLEANER Honour Awards function.
