Jamaica will face Guatemala, Dominica, the Dominican Republic, and either the British Virgin Islands or the US Virgin Islands in Group “E” of World Cup qualifying.
The Reggae Boyz learned their opponents after the draw which took place in Zurich, Switzerland on Thursday.
The BVI and the USVI will playoff in March to decide who will take the last spot in the group. In this round, the top two teams from the six groups will advance to the third and final round.
Once in the final round, the 12 teams will be divided into three groups of four. Each team will play each other home and away, playing a total of six matches.
The three group winners from the final round will then qualify directly for the FIFA World Cup 2026, joining hosts Canada, Mexico, and the United States.
Additionally, the two best runners-up will represent CONCACAF in the FIFA playoff tournament.
