President of the Jamaica Olympic Assoacition (JOA), Christopher Samuda says Jamaica must take a hard look at how it develops young athletes, warning that only a small percentage make the leap to the international stage.
Samuda also argued that the nation possess the capabilities to produce more world beaters at the international level.
