Mount Pleasant FA blew an 8th minute lead and were held 1-1 by Tivoli Gardens in their rescheduled Wray and Nephew Jamaica Premier League (JPL)at the Edward Seaga Sports Complex on Wednesday. Jashane Anglin gave Mount Pleasant the lead, but that was wiped out by Alton Lewis in the 72nd minute.
Mount Pleasant are now on 46 points in second spot, 5 points behind leaders Montego Bay United. Tivoli Gardens remain 10th on 30 points, three off the playoff places.
Two more games are scheduled for Thursday. Portmore United are at home to Waterhouse at Ferdi Neita Park at 3:30pm, while title holders Cavalier host Molynes United at the Stadium East Field at 4:00 pm.
