Knight-Wisdom to be out of action for 3-4 months

National diver Yona Knight-Wisdom will be out of action for the next three to four months. He underwent surgery on Tuesday for ruptured rectus femoris tendons in his left knee, after it buckled, while training at the Scottish National and Open Diving Championships in Edinburgh, last weekend.

The 2-time Olympian won silver in the 1m springboard event at the 2019 Pan American Games.
