Manchester High will now turn their attention to the all-island championship after defending both their Under-19 and Under-16 ISSA rural area basketball titles in two games over Herbert Morrison Technical earlier this week.
Manchester High were equally impressive across both age groups, as they won game two in the best of three Under-19 finals 43-28.
Manchester High won all but the third quarter, as they held a 28-13 lead at half-time. Herbert Morrison took the third quarter 7-6, but were once again outscored in the fourth 10-8 for the 15 point margin of defeat.
Oral Daley had a double-double for Manchester High with 14 points and 11 rebounds and got support from Shavar Bogle with 11 points.
Meanwhile, in the Under-16 section, Manchester High were comfortable 48-27 winners, thanks to Jelani Ricketts who poured in 19 points, while pulling down 13 rebounds.
Manchester High outscore the home team 10-9 and 13-6 over the first two quarters for a 23-15 lead before scoring 25 more points in the second half.
Michael Johnson was the top scorer for Herbert Morrison with 12 points. Manchester High will now test their skills against the urban teams in the ISSA all island competition which starts next Thursday.
