Manning's School score impressive DaCosta Cup win over Black River

Four goals from Jhamaleek Porter powered last season's beaten finalists Manning's School to a 6-0 win over Black River High in Tuesday’s DaCosta Cup action. Porter sent Manning's into a 2-0 lead with strikes in the 17th and 56th minutes.

Dainton Williams increased the lead two minutes later before Porter returned in the 65th and 77 minutes to complete an outstanding day's work.

Shamar Hamilton put the icing on the cake five minutes from time as the Sav-la-Mar-based school made it two wins from as many games.

In Zone "K", hosts Dinthill Technical outscored Charlemont 4-3 in a seven goal thriller. Last season's Ben Francis winners Edwin Allen hammered Kellits High 4-0.

Over in the east, Horace Clarke clipped Annotto Bay 1-0 with a Mark Anderson strike.

Titchfield ran out 5-0 winners over Fair Prospect with four goals from Cardiff McKenzie, Happy Grove and Port Antonio battled to a 1-1 draw, while Lennon defeated Thompson Town 4-0.
