former national youth coach Peter Cargill.

Nicknamed "Jair", he played for local sides Swallowfield FC, CC Lions, Port Morant United and Harbour View and also spent 8 years playing in Israel.
The versatile player returned to Jamaica in 1996 and was called up to the national side, the Reggae Boyz.
He played midfield or defender for the Reggae Boyz and also captained the team.
He was a participant at the 1998 FIFA World Cup in France.
After retiring as a player, Cargill he became Reggae Boyz' assistant head coach until 2004.
Then he coached Waterhouse in the National Premier League outfit.
Cargill was also one of the first inductee into the Kinston and St. Andrew Masters Football League Association (KSAMLA) Hall of Fame on Saturday, October 27, 2007 at the Harbour View stadium.
He was inducted along with former treasurer of KSAMLA Ruddy Thelwell.
