Caribbean Cup champions Mt Pleasant FA moved to third, in the Wray and Nephew Jamaica Premier League (JPL), after turning the tables on Harbour View with a 4-1 victory in their rescheduled game at Drax Hall on Wednesday.
Raheem Edwards led the way with a double strike in the 4th and 76th minutes, as Mount Pleasant avenged last Thursday’s 1-0 loss to the “Stars of the East”.
Mount Pleasant moved up to third on 44 points with the win, while Harbour View remain in the relegation zone in 13th on 20 points.
Meanwhile, in the other game on the day, Treasure Beach played out a 1-1 draw with defending champions Cavalier at Steths. Treasure Beach remain 12th on 23 points, while Cavalier moved to 7th on 30 points.
